We do not cancel reservations, we can make a change of date, as long as it is done at least three days before the arrival date.

5. Behavior and Conduct
Guests must maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other hotel guests, any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of their stay without the right to a refund.
